Im still sore from the show last month so Im hoping this one will be even better. Plus its at the HoB which is a much better venue than the Palladium was.

either way I'll be there, and I'm gonna order my sticky soon

    can't wait!

Well, my tickets were under $32 each after fees and the list at the Orpheum Theater read $39.50 for general admission (with fees probably close to $45).
I'd save the $13 or so and do will call if you have the $ in your account.

The House of Blues has the tickets listed as:

    Prices:
    $27.00 - GA Standing Room
    $39.50 - Reserved Seating

The preorder page also has them listed as $27 (plus $4.99 in fees)
I don't know what the fees are through HoB, but I'm assuming it won't be that much different.

edit: Just looked, Live Nation says $7 in fees, so only a $2 difference..

Yep, I'm normally all over Coheed presales but I didn't get in early enough at Worcester so I don't plan on doing will-call again. My car group got there wayyyyyy too late (DD showed up to pick us up an hour later than planned) so I missed all of 3 but my buddy who DIDN'T have to line up twice still caught some of their set. Oh well, super psyched to see you all again soon!

Skipped the pre-sale because of the "will call only" thing. Will definitely be getting my tickets on friday when they go on sale. Can't wait, such an awesome venue. Same place as Neverender SSTB, this show will be even better tho. The band is in TOP form

Apologies in advanced if I kick anyone in the head.

I know everyone hates crowd surfers, but I can't keep myself from doing it.

Cant wait to see the big poof on the HOB stage again... I am so sick of going to the palladium for concerts... its wayy to far out there and people piss on the balcony floor.
Sleep through the ending but this is how we die.

I have a GA ticket to this show and would like to get rid of it. PM me if you want it.
All the lyrics have taken on different meaning. All of this just seems ridiculous now.

Also looking for a floor ticket, friend of mine wants to go but I'd rather not get split up at the doors.

(Posting this here and the other date, but...)
Has anyone been to HoB? I've never been and can't decide if I want to go with the Thursday and get the mezzanine tickets or the Friday and the floor.. I have the laminate, so I'm not worried about getting there late and not finding a spot.. (although in case I wanna scope out merch or hit the bar, it might be good to know which area is easier to navigate if I'm not at the front near the stage, etc)

Opinions? I want to order my tickets asap. I had waited until now because money was tight with the holidays

I've been to HoB plenty of times. All the merch is usually up front right when you walk in past the ticket scans. If you go on the floor for the show, its tough to get back there during it to get the the table. Best bet is hitting it right when you get in really.

I don't like the HOB at all. They care more about selling overpriced beer than putting on a good show. Its one of those venues with a ridiculous barrier so if doesn't matter if you have floor tickets, you still can't get very close.

I'm coming from out of town to visit a family member in Boston and timed it so I can see one of the shows. I'm not of fan of pushing through a crowd and trying to see over people. Last time I saw Coheed it was at a venue that had 3 tiers and I found that more relaxing and I enjoyed the show much more. I found some Reserved Balcony tickets online and I'm considering getting them. Can anyone recommend or not recommend those seats?

First Coheed show I saw was at the HoB in the balcony. It wasn't horrible. I had a much better time in the pit though. Its angled though so you can see over people if you stand towards the back.

Balcony is fine you just don't get the big time fans in the balcony like you do in the pit. That and youre much further away and you can't get rowdy from the seats up there.

    Soooo excited!

I think I'm leaving my house at 4:45 and trying to get to Sullivan Square by 5:45 and take the T to Kenmore and hopefully get to HoB around 6:15 so I only have to wait 15 minutes to get in with my VIP pass.

Bruins have a game tomorrow so that will make the commute a little more difficult. At least I am southbound from NH and I won't have to deal with as much traffic.
